In-store repair service

Repair Centre provides walk-in and in-store repair services for mobile phones, tablets and laptops at our physical Melbourne stores. We do not provide remote technical support, remote account access, remote troubleshooting, or remote computer control services.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are guide prices only. Final pricing may vary depending on the device model, part availability, condition of the device and the work required. We aim to provide clear quotes before starting repair work.

Customer responsibility

Please back up your data before repair where possible.
Please remove passwords, passcodes or locks when needed for testing.
Please tell us about any previous repair, liquid damage or known faults.

Data and device testing

We take reasonable care with customer devices. Some faults, including liquid damage, motherboard faults and storage failure, may carry a risk of data loss. Customers remain responsible for their own data backup where possible.

Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the repair type and part used. Warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair attempts after our service, or unrelated faults.

Parts

We use quality replacement parts suitable for the repair. Part availability and options may vary by model.

Collection of devices

Customers should collect repaired devices promptly once notified. Proof of repair job, identity or payment may be requested before release of a device.

Limitation

Nothing in these terms excludes rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
